STEP 1

INTAKE

THE PILOT PROTOCOL

We promise measurability, not 34%.

01

8–12 weeks

The pilot runs in season, over enough departures to measure. Short enough to decide before the season is over.

02

One departure time stays fixed

One departure time keeps today’s price. We compare a sailing with itself, not with a different tour.

03

You approve before we write prices

Every price change goes out only after your approval. Nothing reaches your booking system without your say.

04

Stop if it does not measure

If that sailing does not beat its own baseline, we stop. No lock-in.

  1. Autumn

Connect the till and build the cost card. No price writes.

  2. Winter (if possible)

Measurement starts. One departure time stays fixed.

  3. After 8–12 weeks

Stop, or continue at €2,500 a year.

STEP 3

MEASURABLE RESULTS

No fee until the measurement is finished. Then €2,500 a year, or we stop.

CONNECT TO US FIRST. MEASURE IN THE SEASON.

In the winter we install the revenue management system on your booking system. In the season we aim for +5% contribution on comparable departures, with one product left static as a control.
